Beautiful, stylish and characterful house with huge rooms, plenty of bathrooms and lovely comfy beds. The garden with table tennis and a trampoline was a big hit with the kids. Kitchen well equipped. Vivien was really quick and helpful with communication. The surrounding beaches are gorgeous. Perfect for our group of families. Would definitely return.

Vivienne’s place is full of colour and very unique. It is spacious and comfortable. Perfect location with the town and beach just 5 minute walk away. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us. We had a bottle of prosecco on the table for our arrival which was a lovely touch. Will definitely return x

We really enjoyed our stay at Viviens house. Great family house in a good location in Ramsgate. We enjoyed the large outdoor space with ample seating and a BBQ for dining in. The house is close enough to walk to the marina and beaches and also to walk into town. We enjoyed fresh bread and pastries from Modern Boulangerie which is a short walk and ordered a delicious Indian takeaway from Flavours of Kumar. This house is great for a couple of families wishing to explore Ramsgate and the surrounding area.

A huge, unique, but totally cosy place to stay. We were a group of friends staying over New Years. 3 couples, 3 friends and 2 toddlers. Big enough for us all to be able to have some space to ourselves. Great, well equipped kitchen diner space for sociable cooking and fun dinners. Walking distance to some lovely pubs and Ramsgate harbour, plus easy to get to Broadstairs and Margate. All in all an excellent, comfortable, unique and very special place to stay. Vivien is a great host. Easy to communicate with and wonderful taste.

Wow what an amazing house, it’s gigantic! We were 9 adults with 2 toddlers so the 3x lounges worked well as well as a well stocked kitchen double oven etc for Xmas day cooking. Vivien was quick to answer any questions we had and check in / out was a breeze. Location is great with a quick walk to supermarkets and local pubs and a short drive to Broadstairs / Margate. Highly recommend, thanks for the hospitality!

The house is large, beautiful rooms, very clean, lots of space, great facilities in the kitchen, large fridge/freezer, range, plenty of seating. We loved all the decor, enjoyed nights in front of the real fire playing their board games. Slept 8 of us easily, again large bedrooms, lovely bathrooms. Short walk to the harbour and the town. Enjoyed our stay celebrating a family birthday. Vivien was great at communicating and it was lovely to stay in her home we felt very privileged.

Vivien has an absolutely gorgeous house filled with artworks, colour and fun. You’ll love the spacious living rooms and kitchen, and also the bedrooms, each coming with their own individual style. It’s in a great location - just a short walk from the station, into Ramsgate and the seafront. Wholeheartedly recommend a weekend here.

A fantastic house. All clean and very well appointed with a really homely feel. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds are comfy, with lots of reception rooms to spread out. We had 3 families..5 adults and 6 children It's well located in Ramsgate and easy to get to Dover and other local attractions..we went to Dover Castle, Joss Bay, Canterbury Catherdral and Le Touquet in France for the day. Highly recommended!

Really special space. Such a beautiful house full of great art and objects. So clean, bright and airy. We had 7 adults and 4 kids on out stay and had more than enough room to socialise and spread out. Vivien was instant to respond to all our messages and there were lovely touches such as fresh flowers and a bottle of Prosecco, which went down well!

Loads of space perfect for a large family gathering. The communication from Viven was fantastic before our stay and both speedy and informative. There were nice touches on arrival such as fresh flowers which made it feel instantly welcoming. An enjoyable weekend was had by all.

Viviens place is really lovely. I was celebrating my 60th birthday with some girlfriends, and it was perfect for us. It is spacious and very comfortable, plus it is stylish whilst being relaxed. It is also very well equipped with a lovely out door space. Vivien was incredibly helpful and gave us good advice about things to do in the local area. We really enjoyed Ramsgate and did a lovely walk to Broadstairs and had a swim in the sea. I live in Brighton which is all pebbles and I enjoyed being on a sandy beach! Ramsgate was charming plus we were able to pop up the road to visit Margate and the Turner gallery. I would really recommend Vivian’s place and would like to maybe go back there with my family.

The perfect house for a large family get-together. We spent the weekend here for my mum’s 60th and had a fantastic time. The garden was great for the kids and the beautiful kitchen made mealtimes really enjoyable. There’s also a huge barbecue and a table tennis table outside. It’s a nice short walk into Ramsgate.

This is a fabulous house with masses of character and space. We took our daughter and son, their spouses and our 5 grandsons aged 7 days to 6 years and there was loads of space for us all. The safe but fun enclosed garden (especially the trampoline) was a real hit with the children. A really good location to be based for exploring Ramsgate, Margate and Broadstairs. We will probably book again for next year which really says it all!

The house was just stunning. It is so so artfully decorated, with big spacious rooms and everything we needed for our weekend stay. The location was perfect... town and the marina are both walking distance so once we had arrived we didn’t need our cars again. A real home from home.
