KITCHEN DINER
We hope you'll enjoy being in the kitchen as much as we do! It is a lovely big room with lots of natural light and plenty of space for you to all share some wonderful meals. There is a range gas cooker with two ovens, a two door fridge freezer with an ice and chilled water dispenser and lots of pots and pans, cooking utensils, and some culinary essentials...everything you could need and more! There are two sets of doors that lead directly from the kitchen to additional seating in the garden, for when the weather allows!
LOUNGE ONE - MAIN RECEPTION ROOM
Often called the 'adults room' by our children, this reception room is decorated more formally and has a former orchid-filled glass house, sadly no longer, leading off it. Feel free to put your fire building skills to the test as there is also a beautiful open fire and plenty of seasoned wood provided.
LOUNGE TWOÂ - TV/GAMES ROOM
The big television and games room is deliberately full of lounging sofas and chairs. There is a large TV and Xbox for those of you technically capable and lots of board games and DVDs available to use.
LOUNGE THREE - WORKROOM
In this reception room there is a large wooden desk, sofa bed and comfy leather armchairs. A bright and airy place to sit and work, also a one-time classroom for our son.

OUTDOOR SEATING
There are french doors to the rear of the kitchen that lead onto a little sitting area, where there is a picnic bench seating 8ish. Outside the other doors there is a round table and chairs for coffee and papers. It is flanked by an olive tree and is quite secluded, apart from the seagulls!
OUTDOOR GAMES
The best addition to this house is definitely the sunken trampoline, it certainly provided endless hours of fun for our kids! We invite you to share the fun on the trampoline and ping pong table.
